Grounding. Nourishing. Embodied.
About the class:
This class will guide you through a series of shapes that create space within the body, developing strength and mobility, whilst creating a deeper connection to the body and a sense of ease for the mind. The invitation is for you to take what you need, seeking pleasure from movement.
Ella’s intuitive teaching style is reactive to the energy and needs of those in the room. She is passionate about holding space for people to move with a sense of compassion, curiosity and creativity.
It is Ella’s pleasure to guide body-wisdom and wellness and is humbled to do so.
Every BODY is welcome.
